Pat "PitterPat" Newton started face painting in 1999. A graduate of the Ontario College of Art, she was thrilled to find such an exciting and creative avenue of expression.

In 2003 she placed third in the "Most Original" category at the international Face Painting Convention with her tribute to Picasso.

She also created a design called "Garden Kitty" that was recognized in the Top Ten for "Best Overall Theme."
